Sneha is the cofounder at Geeks and Experts, a
fractional talent platform for SMBs. Her non-
linear career began with piloting a Liberal Arts
in Prison Program at a correctional facility in
lowa. Over the past decade, she has worked in
various industries from social impact startups in
Spain to food tech unicorns in India, equipping
her to address local business challenges with a
global outlook. Sneha is a wine sommelier as
well as a top writer on Medium and lives by the
